The flood was so bad in Ladysmith that the roads looked like rivers.

The flooded river broke it’s embankment and left debris on the bridge.

Homes destroyed, families life disrupted and then the financial burden of having to repair
the houses and replace the furniture. This was the problem created by a the storm.
