The destruction of homes, flats after a tornado hit the city

COHSA members visited Cape Town after the floods in July 1994.
They came into contact with an organisation known as Majlis – Ud –Dawah.
Together the two organisations decided to start an Islamic Centre in the informal settlement of Heinz Park.
